Many have taken workshops and trainings in shamanism, but would like a more intensive program to explore if the path of the shaman is the right one for them. This on-going training workshop will explore various shamanic techniques for the healing of the self and other such as energy work, extraction work, soul retrieval, psychopomp, land and house clearings and divination. There will be ample opportunity to journey for and work on each other as a way of building skills, confidence, and to determine if this is the path for you. One underlying focus of the training will be in understanding and working with the interplay between the complicated psychic structures of the western mind, the energy body and the various realms of non-ordinary reality. We will also explore and learn to heal ancestral, karmic and cultural imprints that we carry in our energy fields, but often block us from our true heart and nature.
